Terms & Conditions:

  • Starting 1 Jan 2023, room rates are subject to Tourism Tax (TTx) at RM10nett per room per night to be paid upon check in. Applicable to only Non-Malaysians (foreigner passport holders with a valid KL work permit and Permanent Residents are exempted).
  • A valid credit card is required to guaranteed the booking
  • A one (1) night charge plus 6% Service Tax will be applicable in the event of cancellation within 24 hours prior to the confirmed arrival date or a No Show
